The elaboration of proposals for the Integral Management of Urban Solid Waste from the Circular Economy approach in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires was carried out. For this purpose, a survey and field research work was carried out with the aim of rethinking the waste problem based on short, medium and long term actions, along the production-commercialization-consumption-reuse-recycling-energy recovery-final disposal chain. The transformation of management guidelines was proposed based on a new paradigm, moving from a linear approach to a circular one, generating actions and new public policies that lead to rethinking the management axes carried out so far.
