Technical assistance to the Subsecretaría de Higiene Urbana GCBA

Assisted in the evaluation and monitoring of ISWM and the management of projects to strengthen institutional management capacities. A tool for monitoring the quality of the city's cleanliness, the Indice de Calidad de Limieza (ICL), was comprehensively designed. We also assisted in the development of an internal management control board and an Urban Hygiene Public Service Board with daily updates to visualize the level of compliance with service variables. The Projects Office of the Undersecretariat was set up and assistance was provided in the coordination of projects in all areas. In addition, a methodology for the Efficient Management of the Container Position was developed, periodic reports on claims and requests were designed and prepared, and we participated in the management of the BA Elige program.
