Technical Assistance to the Ministry of Environment and Public Space GCBA

Technical assistance was provided to advise on the design and definition of environmental policies. Work was carried out in 3 components: strategic, processes, and survey. Actions were implemented in urban hygiene policy and public space control, strategic and operational planning and implementation of new technologies, supporting the definition of priorities, resources and strategies in the control actions under the responsibility of the Ministry. Functional survey, coordination and strategic planning; design of new policies and strengthening of existing ones; identification of priorities and monitoring of results indicators, development and monitoring of management indicators, and process reengineering were carried out.
