Strategic Planning: Transition to Electro-mobility SURGE

 Asociación Civil Sustentar collaborated with the platform "Support for Urban Reductions in Greenhouse Gas Emissions" (SURGE) in the development of an initiative to promote a deep transition towards the electrification of bus transport. This initiative was financed by the World Resources Institute for Sustentar to carry out research and a proposal for the development of the initiative (July-October 2019). Within the framework of this project: 1) a map of actors was prepared, 2) the actors identified in the map were contacted and surveyed, with the aim of publish the platform and identify perspectives, requirements and suggestions of the platform's work plan, 3) a Strategic Alignment Plan was developed, based on the survey carried out in the previous point, to provide WRI with recommendations for actions, potential allies and relevant information sources, 4) the proposed Strategic alignment plan was executed, in collaboration with the WRI team.
