Training: Adaptation to Climate Change

An analysis was made of the international legal and political framework on the subject, mentioning the background and texts in force after the Paris Agreement in the United Nations Framework Convention. Means and capacities for adaptation to the consequences of climate change were analyzed. The concept of vulnerability and risk management were incorporated into planning policies, with special mention of the current post-Paris planning policies with special mention of trends in national and international financing of policies and measures in this area.
